Jazz is a calm, somewhat always sleepy guy. He doesn't get easily bothered and can be very oblivious to the things around him. He has a garden that he enjoys looking over and has made some of the flowers he's grown himself as accessories that he wears. He sometimes sells, or even just gifts his harvests to anyone who'd like them.
